TruSeal 203 Bolt Seals are made from a high tensile steel pin and lock brush and is encased in durable plastic. Our 203 Bolt Seals are serial numbered and laser-marked to assist in effectively tracking the product and they have an anti-spin feature that prevents the bolt from being rotated out. The 18mm diameter is compliant with ISO standards. This powerful lock has a strong break force averaging around 1300kg and specialized cutting tools are needed to breach it, thus acting as not only a physical barrier against theft but also a deterrent. Applying it is just a matter of pressing the two parts of the seal together.
Other effective choices to consider are security cargo seals from our High Security Cable Seal Range. These hardy seals are comprised of a resistable NPC stainless steel cable and zinc extrusion encased in ABS plastic. Purpose-built cutting tools are needed to snap through the cable. Additionally, the seals have been laser marked and branded with barcodes to track and trace your product at various points along the route. Our 045 Cable Seal has a large print area for the barcode which includes 14 digit 2 of 5 interleaved, ideal for sea, air and freight containers. Our 029 Cable Seal has the same components but only allows for 6 and 7 digit 128 barcodes.
