Turn phone off, place phone in the bag and seal with unique numbered security seal, store in a safe or vault or safe place until meeting or site visit is over, break seal to access phone. Turn back on once meeting or site visit is complete.
Bags have an address windows accessible from the inside for labelling purposes.
